CREW CHANGE SERVICESAFS Europe provides safe and secure services at any port throughout the Netherlands (and other European countries if necessary) and the service consists of the following elements. Liaison with crewing and owners offices to ensure all on-signers are aware of requirements for seamen’s jointing a Schengen port. Issue OK- TO – BOARD messages to airline companies and send Letter of Guarantee by fax or email for good sake. In case of emergency we can apply for visa on arrival/transit visa for embarking/disembarking crew. Schengen Visas on arrival(emergency), meeting/greeting on – signers upon their arrival at airport and assist with immigration and customs formalities for incoming and outgoing crew members, all in good conjunction with Master/port agents.
We can arrange visas on arrival at Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Frankfurt.

Interport crew services in collaboration with the Minister of Foreign Affairs can apply and obtain Schengen Visa within a short period of time(72 hours approximately) at the French Consulate in various countries prior to crew departure.This service is available for all ship's owner whose vessel's call is in France, even if they have limited time
Interport can handle all the immigration formalities and port clearances on your behalf for your crews signing off. We prepare all the required documents needed for transit visas and assist crews when meeting border police.
Visa on arrival at CDG Paris Airport (on signers)
We can arrange for the delivery of visas upon arrival at Paris CDG Airport for seamen who are unable to obtain their visa at the consulate prior to departure for emergency reasons or changes in berthing details at the last minute. We prepare all the necessary documents and assist with the immigration formalities upon seamen's arrival.
